Service Technician (Field & Workshop) - Albury

About the Role
We’re hiring both experienced techs and keen learners. You’ll handle routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on SPITWATER machines in the workshop and on customer sites across the region. Pay is based on skills and experience. Training and support provided.
What you’ll do
- Service, repair and diagnose Pressure Cleaning equipment
- Find faults fast and deliver effective fixes
- Communicate clearly with customers on work and costs
- Keep accurate service records and parts usage
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and workspace
- Follow WHS procedures and complete required docs
- Assist with installs and commissioning when needed
- Represent SPITWATER with a professional, customer-first approach
About you
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude with a methodical approach
- Trade qualification or equivalent experience (mechanical fitter, electrician or similar) or working towards it
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills or a clear aptitude to develop them
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift licence preferred, not essential
- HubSpot CRM experience an advantage
