Service Team Leader - Sydney

Full Time Wetherill Park, New South Wales

We are looking for a Service Team Leader to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of our after-sales service. This role requires someone with excellent planning, communication, and customer service skills. A strong technical background is highly desirable.


What you’ll do

  • Supervise and support a team of workshop and field service technicians.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative maintenance and breakdown servicing.
  • Monitor daily workflows to optimise technician utilisation and minimise downtime.
  • Liaise directly with customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Promote after-sales servicing and repair options.
  • Manage invoicing, reporting, and compliance records.
  • Drive continuous improvement across service processes.
  • Model and uphold safe working practices and support incident investigations.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to adapt to operational needs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a supervisory role (3+ years desirable).
  • Technical knowledge of preventative maintenance and breakdown servicing (trade qualification desirable).
  • Proficiency in IT systems, customer databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of WHS compliance in a service or technical environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
